Terms and Conditions for  Discount Program

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Discount Programs offered by Lantau Pottery Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By participating in either program, you ("the Referrer," "the Friend," or "the Parent/Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Referral Discount Program (Referrer-Rewarded)

This program rewards our current customers for successfully referring new customers. Please note: Only the person making the referral (the "Referrer") receives the discount.

1.1. How the Referral Program Works:

  • The Referrer: A current customer in good standing ("Referrer") must have their friend, family member, or colleague ("Friend") send a written message to info@lantaupotterystudio.com  or WhatsApp +852 6680 6763 to initiate the referral.

  • Required Information: The message must clearly state:

    1. The Referrer's Full Name (as it appears on their account with us).

    2. The Friend's Full Name and contact information.

    3. A clear statement that the Friend is inquiring or signing up based on the Referrer's recommendation.

  • The Reward: Upon the Friend's successful completion of their first qualifying purchase (as defined in 1.2), the Referrer will receive a one-time discount on their next eligible purchase. The Friend pays the standard price.

1.2. Qualifying Conditions for the Referral Reward:

  • The Friend must be a completely new, first-time customer of Lantau Pottery Studio.

  • The required written message (email or WhatsApp) must be sent and received by us BEFORE the Friend makes their first purchase. Referrals cannot be applied retroactively.

  • The Friend's initial purchase must be for a product or service that is eligible for the promotion.

  • The Friend must use the same contact information (email or phone number) provided in the initial referral message to create their account or make their purchase.

1.3. One-Time Use Per Referral:

  • Each successful referral is valid for one (1) new customer only. A Referrer can refer multiple unique new customers, and each will earn the Referrer one discount reward.

  • A single Friend cannot be used for multiple referrals. The discount is granted based on the first Referrer who submits the friend's details via the official process.

1.4. General Referral Program Restrictions:

  • This program is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Publicly posting instructions to exploit this offer on deal-finding websites is prohibited.

  • Referral Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the Referral Program or any participant's account if we suspect fraud, misuse, or abuse of the program (e.g., falsifying relationships, using fake accounts).

2. Siblings Discount

The Siblings Discount is a separate, automatic discount offered to families with more than one child enrolled in our “Children's pottery Classes”.

2.1. Eligibility:

  • The discount applies to families with two or more siblings enrolled concurrently in a paid program.

  • "Siblings" are defined as children residing in the same household, under the care of a common parent or legal guardian.

2.2. Discount Structure & Application:

  • First Child: The eldest child enrolled, or the first child to be registered, pays the full standard price.

  • Second (and Subsequent) Child(ren): Each additional sibling registered receives a [e.g., 10%] discount on their program fees.

  • The discount will be automatically applied at the time of registration for the second and any subsequent children, provided the first child's account is in good standing.

2.3. Restrictions:

  • The Siblings Discount is applied per child, per enrollment period.

  • This discount cannot be stacked with a Referral Discount for the same child's enrollment. The system will apply the single best discount available.

  • Proof of sibling relationship may be required.

3. Legacy + Early Registration Rate

3.1 Pricing Tiers & Definitions

  • Early Registration Rate: Valid for registrations completed and paid in full at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the 7-week program.

  • Standard Rate: Applies to all registrations made within the 14-day window leading up to the program start date.

  • Incremental Pricing: Unit prices are calculated based on the level of commitment. The lowest per-class rate ($230 HKD) is reserved exclusively for full 7-week Early Enrollments.

3.2 Booking & Priority

  • Legacy Student Priority: Previous students enrolled in the most recent term are granted a 48-hour "Priority Window" to access Early Registration pricing before the schedule is released to the general public.

  • Spot Guarantee: Your place in the class is only confirmed upon registration and payment. We cannot "hold" space without a completed booking.

3.3 Commitment & Attendance

  • 7-Week Full Term: This rate is a package deal. Unused classes within the 7-week block cannot be carried over to future terms or refunded.

  • 4-Week Package: Dates for the 4-week pass must be agreed and confirmed with the teacher at the time of booking to ensure space availability. 4 Week Packages are only available at the discretion of the teacher.

  • Single Class/Drop-ins: Subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

3.4 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations by Student: * Cancellations made 7 days or more before the term starts will receive a full refund minus a $100 HKD administrative fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the term starts are non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend or family member and must be used within the term.

3.5 Late Registration

Registrations requested after a term has already commenced will be charged at the Standard Rate unit price, subject to space.

4. General Terms for All Discounts

4.1. Combining Discounts:

  • The Referral Discount and the Siblings Discount are separate promotions and cannot be combined on the same transaction or for the same service.

  • If a customer is eligible for both a Referral Discount and a Siblings Discount, the system will automatically apply the discount of greater value.

  • A Legacy and Early Registration is considered one in the same, this can be combined with one of the other mentiond discounts if applicable.  

4.2. Modification and Termination:

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these discount programs, or these Terms, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

  • Any unclaimed or unused discounts are forfeited upon the termination of an account or the program.
